KUBALU

Kubalu Events, an online platform that facilitates the organization of social events, is an aggregator of high quality spaces and services.

MARKET NEED

For the clients, the host of an event is usually slow, expensive and there is a lack of knowledge of the supply of suppliers. There is no easy way to organize an event for individuals. On the other hand, the services offered by the services in the sector have positioning problems (online and offline) due to the large amount of supply.

Kubalu allows the user to make their own event by choosing among the providers that are offered in the platform, previously validated.

BUSSINESS PLAN

Since 2015 the co-founders of Kubalu have worked in the organization of events validating their offline revenue model, the platform (B2B2C model) was launched in November 2017 and they are currently migrating from an income model based on CPC and CPL, monthly and / or annual annual fees whose amount varies depending on the visibility and positioning in the platform to one based on annual fees and commissions on the event ticket

Additionally, in their roadmap they plan to market their platform as a tool for companies, especially to communication agencies and events.
